It is a season of sweet smelling change. The weather swings from winter to blooms of flowers; warm rain showers and the smell of fresh earth; the warmth of the sun while laying in a hammock reading.
The temperature is more even; not too cold and not yet the heat of summer. The beginning of lazy Sundays that resonate with the smells of freshly cut grass, the laughter of children as they venture outdoors, the soft hum of DIY tools, the promise of barbecues to come.
The promise of beautiful weather days for months to come.
Spring is the season of pretty change and the promise of more to come.
One likes to clean, clear, declutter and refresh our winter-sodden souls and winter bodies (not to mention our abodes) with light, airy, fresh scenes of pretty.
